- What are the check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
- Is there a cancellation fee?
A. Cancellation fees are as follows:
– 7 days before the stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
– On the day of the stay: 100% of the accommodation fee
– In case of no show: 100% of the accommodation fee
- Is there a shuttle service?
A. Please inquire in advance.
- Are there rooms available for dogs?
A. We apologize, but we do not accept pets.

– 2 to 4 adults: Available only in the 2nd-floor villa
– 5 to 12 adults: Available in the 2nd-floor villa, 1st-floor area, and a 7m-diameter Glamping Tent

Facilities
- What amenities are provided?
A. We provide bath towels, face towels, hand soap, slippers, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, cotton swabs, razors, body towels, (children’s amenities), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleansing oil, face wash, lotion, milk lotion, Fuji mountain natural water, coffee, and tea.
- Can we have BBQ or meals even if it rains?
A. It’s possible all day.
- Is there air conditioning?
A. Air conditioning is available.
- Is there Wi-Fi?
A. Free Wi-Fi is available.
- Are there toilets?
A. Each room has a private toilet.

- Can fireworks be used?
A. We prohibit all fireworks, including handheld ones.
- Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
A. Lawson Fujiyoshida Shinya Store is a 2-minute drive away for convenience stores, and Ichiyama Mart Jozen Store is a 3-minute drive away for supermarkets.
- Can we bring our own food and drinks?
A. You are welcome to bring your own.
